This piano teacher has a Bachelor of Music degree and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano and vocals. Kate has been teaching piano lessons since 1987. This piano teacher is a talented soloist and accompanist, and has performed for many years in churches and other settings. She is also an experienced musical director, and has collaborated with numerous choirs, bands, and instrumentalists. Kate has been teaching music for over 30 years in a variety of settings, including studios, music academies, high schools, and private lessons. She has successfully prepared countless students for recitals, auditions, competitions, and standardized music exams. Her lessons emphasize music theory, sight-reading, ear training, technique, and performance skills. As a motivated and dedicated piano teacher with a strong passion for helping individuals become well-rounded and enthusiastic musicians, Kate looks forward to working with new piano students.
