Sep 3 Jack: Piano Teacher in M4Y, Toronto

Our piano teacher Jack, in Church and Wellesley, offers piano lessons in all styles of music for ages 10 and above, from beginner to advanced. This piano teacher has a Master of Music degree, a Bachelor of Piano Performance degree, an associate performer’s diploma, and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. Jack has been teaching piano lessons since 2014. He received his music education from the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, the University of Toronto, and the Royal Conservatory of Music. As a classically trained soloist with interests in a variety of music styles, Jack has performed in venues across Canada, the United States, Asia, and Europe. In the chamber setting, he has significant experience working and performing across styles and ensembles. He has performed in a variety of settings, such as music festivals, cruises, and competitions. Jack frequently performs with vocalists and instrumentalists alike, exploring a variety of types of music and performance. He also has significant accompaniment experience, including with choirs, church services, and ballets. Drawing from his extensive performance experience and knowledge in piano technique, he wishes to communicate to students that music-making should be a pleasurable experience, for both the listener and performer.
