Our piano teacher Jui-Sheng offers classical piano lessons for ages 10 and above, from beginner to advanced. This piano teacher has a Doctorate in Piano Performance and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. Jui-Sheng has been teaching piano lessons since 2007. As a performing artist, this piano teacher has given concerts across Asia, Europe, and North America. He has been hailed as "a musician of integrity and depth" by the New York Concert Review. Highlights of his recent engagements include his debut recital at Carnegie Hall’s Weill Recital Hall and his work as the official pianist at the Asia Pacific Saxophone Competition in Thailand; he has also appeared at numerous music festivals. Alongside his solo activities, Jui-Sheng has a passion for sharing the stage with his wonderful friends as a chamber musician and he is a sought-after collaborative pianist. This piano teacher has been awarded top prizes and honours in numerous competitions, including the 2nd Mu-Te Shih German Lieder Competition (Taiwan), several editions of the Music Teachers National Association's competitions (U.S.A.), the Vancouver International Music Competition (Canada), the International Piano Island Competition (Singapore), and the King's Peak International Music Competition (U.S.A.). As a devoted educator, Jui-Sheng is passionate about teaching piano to students of all ages and levels. He had served as a piano instructor and course lecturer at McGill University, the University of Wyoming, and the Piano Vertu Academy in Montréal. In his piano lessons, Jui-Sheng encourages students to apply their knowledge and life experiences into their playing to cultivate a holistic approach that highlights each student’s own unique “voice.”
