Our piano teacher Nina, in Rexdale, offers piano lessons in all styles of music for ages 5 and above, from beginner to advanced. This piano teacher has a PhD in Music and an LRCM (Licentiate of the Royal Conservatory of Music), and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. She has been teaching piano lessons since 2003 privately and in schools. She has an extensive background in performance and composition, with original works featured on platforms such as Spotify and represented through the Canadian Music Centre. Her performance experience ranges from classical piano recitals to jazz festivals and singer/songwriter shows. This piano teacher has appeared at prestigious venues such as the Glenn Gould Studio, music festivals, and churches and community halls throughout Toronto. She is also a sought-after piano accompanist, and an acclaimed composer, with a unique composition style combining dance, visual art, and literature; in fact she is also a dancer and visual artist herself, as well as a conductor and vocalist. Her teaching approach integrates advanced classical training with modern techniques, helping students not only develop strong technical skills and musicality, but also gain real-world performance experience. Many of her students have the opportunity to record and be featured on professional platforms, including the Canadian Music Centre.
