Our piano teacher in South Cabbagetown offers piano lessons in all styles of music for ages 3 and above, from beginner to advanced. This piano teacher has a Bachelor of Music degree in jazz piano performance from the University of Toronto, has studied classical piano at the École Normale de Musique de Paris, and has a wealth of experience both performing and teaching. He has been teaching piano lessons since 2006 privately and in schools. His performance experience has encompassed jazz, pop/rock, and classical genres. He has performed as jazz festivals (including the Downtown Toronto Jazz Festival, Ottawa Jazz Festival, and Atlantic Jazz Festival), and local jazz clubs (The Rex Jazz and Blues Bar, Lula Lounge, Momo’s Bistro, The Old Mill, Gate 403, Dominion on Queen, Jeff Healy’s Roadhouse, the Trane Studio, Quigley’s), and has appeared at some of Toronto's most prominent concert halls such as Roy Thomson Hall, the Richard Bradshaw Amphitheatre in the Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts, and at the Ontario Science Centre in a performance recorded for JazzFM91 radio. This piano teacher as been a piano faculty member at the Humber College Community Music School, and has taught private lessons to children and adults of all ages and levels in London, UK, Paris, France, and here in Toronto. His training and professional experience in a variety of styles allows his piano lessons to be flexible, catered to his students' musical interests and goals.
