Jan 10 Chia Yu: Piano Teacher in M6K, Toronto

Our piano teacher Chia Yu offers classical and pop/rock piano lessons for ages 5 and above, from beginner to advanced. This piano teacher has a Doctor of Musical Arts degree and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. Chia Yu has been teaching piano lessons since 2008. She has performed numerous recitals with the faculty at the School of Music at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Chia Yu is also an active accompanist with chamber ensembles. Aside from her performing experiences in the US, this piano teacher was also invited by the flutists from the National Taiwan Symphony Orchestra and the National Center for the Performing Arts Orchestra to perform piano accompaniment in their chamber ensemble. She performed regularly with her instrumental students in recitals in Taipei, Taoyuan, and Hsinchu (Taiwan). Moreover, she also served as school-authorized piano accompanist for the National Taiwan Student Music Competition. Chia Yu's high level of performing and teaching experiences enable her to offer piano lessons to fit every level, assisting each student in refining their performing skill and accomplishing their goals.
