Our piano teacher Susan, in Upper Beaches, offers piano lessons in all styles of music for ages 4 and above, from beginner to advanced. This piano teacher has a wealth of experience playing the piano for pleasure, as well as teaching and accompanying children for lessons and performances. Susan has been teaching piano lessons since 1980. She has worked throughout her life to develop her own skills as a pianist, which helps her to offer meaningful lessons to her students. Though she enjoys playing for her own fulfillment, teaching piano has been Susan’s passion for over 40 years. In her teaching career, this piano teacher's focus has primarily been teaching children, starting with beginners up through grade 10. She often accompanies her students for their performances, especially enjoying collaborating on duets. After many years of honing her own skills at playing by ear, she is skilled at working with her students to develop their own musical ears as well. Susan’s high level of qualifications and experience in teaching children of a variety of ages allow her to offer engaging and inspiring piano lessons that cater to each of her student’s goals and aspirations.
