This piano teacher has a Post Graduate Diploma in Music Performance and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. Simon has been teaching piano lessons since 2016. In his career, Simon has performed in numerous solo recitals in venues throughout the Western Cape and Johannesburg, South Africa. These venues include the Baxter Concert Hall and the Casa Labia. Simon has extensive experience performing classical chamber music. He has also performed for a variety of musical theatre productions. Simon is a sought-after accompanist with experience accompanying students from beginner to advanced levels, in a variety of styles and genres. He is also an experienced church organist. He is a member of Trinity College London’s Classical and Jazz examiner panel. In this capacity his has examined a variety of instruments and genres across levels. In his career as a piano teacher, Simon has developed his students musical abilities from beginner to advanced level by focusing on the individual needs of each student. Simon’s professional and compassionate approach allows him to offering engaging and inspiring piano lessons that are catered to the needs, goals, and aspirations of each of his pupils.
