Our piano teacher Jennifer offers piano lessons in all styles of music for ages 4 and above, from beginner to advanced. This piano teacher is currently completing a Bachelors degree in Piano Performance and has a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. She has been teaching piano lessons since 2006. At the age of 15, she had her first recital performing a set of classical music in a concert hall in Macau, China. After she moved to Toronto for university, she began performing solo jazz piano frequently in the city. Jennifer is a pianist in many local jazz bands, from duets to vocal ensemble and big bands. This piano teacher is a regular performer in different venues in Toronto. She has been a piano accompanist for strings, woodwind, brass, and percussion instruments in exams, concerts and recitals. With a passion for composition and music theory, she encourages her students to improvise even in simple ways to promote creativity and freedom in music. Her high level of qualifications and professional experience allow Jennifer to offer engaging and inspiring piano lessons, catered to each student’s goals and aspirations.
