Our piano teacher Samantha offers classical and pop/rock piano lessons, from beginner to intermediate levels. This piano teacher has a Bachelor of Music degree and a Music Scoring for Screen and Stage Graduate Certificate. Samantha has been teaching piano lessons since 2019. During her time at university, Samantha engaged in a diverse range of musical performances across multiple cities and platforms. She participated in both online and in-person events, including the virtual "Sessions Live" in Singapore and various live performances in Melbourne and Sydney, Australia. Her appearances have ranged from cultural celebrations, such as the Filipino Fiesta and Philippine Street Festival (as a fellow Filipina) to youth-focused events, such as the Braybrook Youth Amplified event. Samantha has also performed at established venues like the Queen Victoria Market and had the opportunity to be an opening act at The Artistry: Festival of Street Culture in Sydney. This variety of performances demonstrates her adaptability to different audiences and settings, as well as her commitment to her craft throughout her academic years. Samantha has been commissioned for a diverse array of projects, including video games and short films. She has also gained experience in orchestration, sound design, and mixing/mastering surround sound and immersive audio. With over six years of experience teaching piano and music appreciation to children, this piano teacher’s teaching philosophy emphasizes instilling a love for music while establishing strong foundations in music theory and practice. Samantha is adept at tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each student, consistently earning positive feedback from both students and parents.
