Our piano teacher Colomba offers piano lessons in all styles of music for ages 4 and above, from beginner to intermediate levels. This piano teacher has a Bachelor of Music degree and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. Colomba has been teaching piano lessons since 2016. In her career, she has performed numerous piano recitals in Chilean music halls, as well as on international stages such as Sanok, Poland. This piano teacher performs regularly for weddings and private events. She has also played keyboards with the Pulsar Award nominated Chilean band Ensamble Escondido at the Sedimento Festival, as well as with her own trio at GAM. She has plenty of experience accompanying music students, including singers and flutists, for auditions in a variety of styles. Further, this piano teacher has experience composing and arranging Latin American music for various choral ensembles. She has a deep knowledge of Latin American music genres, due to her experience researching and performing a range of them throughout her career. Colomba's teaching style is flexible, and always focused on the interests and aspirations of her students. Her method balances classical training (sight-reading, technique, etc.) with the popular music approach to arranging and ear-based performance.
